How to delete your Porthole account

If you'd like to delete your Porthole account and all associated data, you can do so directly from within the app or by contacting us.

Option 1 — Delete from within the app (recommended)

1. Open Porthole
2. Tap the Settings tab
3. Scroll to Account
4. Tap Delete Account
5. Confirm when prompted

Your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.

Option 2 — Request deletion by email

If you are unable to access the app, email us at privacy@scottmobileworks.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request" and the email address associated with your account. We will process your request within 30 days.

What gets deleted

When you delete your account, the following data is permanently removed:

• Your email address and account credentials
• All integration credentials and API keys you have stored
• Your alert configurations and notification preferences
• Your usage history within the App

What is not deleted immediately

Some data may be retained for a limited period where required by law or for legitimate business purposes such as fraud prevention. Anonymized, non-identifiable usage data may be retained in aggregate form.
